FluxPMS Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This policy explains how FluxSoft Technologies, LLC (the "Company") collects, uses, and protects data for FluxPMS users.

2. Information We Collect

Account Data

• Name, email address, phone number
• Business name and address
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe - we do not store card numbers)

Hotel Data

• Property details, room configurations, pricing
• Booking history, guest records
• Reports and analytics data

Guest Data (Your Customers)

• Names, emails, phone numbers of hotel guests
• ID/passport information (if you choose to collect it)
• Stay history and preferences

Usage Data

• Login times and activity logs
• Features used and interaction patterns
• Device information and IP addresses (for security)

3. How We Use Information

• Provide Service: Process bookings, send emails, generate reports
• Billing: Process subscription payments via Stripe
• Improvement: Analyze usage to improve features and fix bugs
• Security: Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized access
• Communication: Send important updates, trial reminders, and billing notifications
• Legal: Comply with applicable laws and regulations

4. Guest Data Ownership

You own your data.

• We act as a "Data Processor" on your behalf.
• We do not sell your guest lists to third parties.
• We do not market directly to your guests unless you explicitly enable such a feature.
• You may export or delete your data at any time.

5. Payment Information

• All payment processing is handled by Stripe.
• We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and handles payment security.
• We receive only the last 4 digits of your card for display purposes.

6. Third-Party Services

We share data with trusted partners only to provide the service:

• Legal Requirements: Some data may be retained longer if required by law.

• SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS) for all data in transit
• Encrypted database backups performed daily
• Role-based access control within the application
• Regular security updates and monitoring
• We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Correction: Update inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request account and data deletion
• Export: Download your data in standard formats
• Objection: Object to certain data processing

We may update this policy with reasonable notice via email. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
